Yes! The ARMA ( Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association ) recommends using soft-washing for cleaning roofs as to not damage shingles or void warranties. This service is much less expensive than a roof replacement. Many homeowners replace their roofs thinking moss and algae ruined it when a soft-wash cleaning could have done the trick at a fraction of the cost.

As a team of two, we always start by doing a pre soak of the plants and other vegetation around your home with water, as well as during the service. Any area that comes into contact with the cleaning solution gets diluted leaving no chance for damage. Our team is trained to keep overspray and runoff to a minimum. 

No. We connect to your outside water spigot to fill the mix tank, and during the service.

Shingles are covered with tiny stones which form the hard shell that insulates the roof against extreme heat, falling debris, and harmful UV radiation. High pressure cleaning methods will dislodge these stones, damaging the shingles and leaving your home vulnerable to damage. Using a pressure washer or power washer will void warranties you may have with roofing manufacturers.
